Refund policy

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

To start a return, please contact us at myscratchies@gmail.com with your name, order number, and reason for return. For damaged or defective items, please include photos of the issue.

Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and sent back in original packaging. Any free items received with the order must also be returned.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If the product is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. In such cases, we will cover return shipping and offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, refunds are processed within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

If the return is not reported within 14 days of delivery, the right of withdrawal may no longer apply.
